We try to find the best and most long-lived products in the world. If you’re unhappy with a product you’ve purchased directly from Buy Me Once, please contact us and we’ll do our best to put things right.

The majority of our products have a 30 day return period. Underwear and some made-to-order products will have return restrictions, please see each individual product page for this information.

Any returned items must be in new (unused) condition and should include all original packaging. If your product is damaged, faulty, or you have received an incorrect product, Buy Me Once will refund the cost of return shipping. If you are returning a product for any other reason (e.g. it is different to expected or doesn't fit), we are unable to cover the cost of return.

Returns from EU countries may be subject to import duties, which are at your own cost unless the item received is faulty.

Please note that the return period is separate from a product’s guarantee or warranty, which is usually upheld by the manufacturer themselves so while we have little control over how our brands choose to deal with the issue, we promise to help you as much as we can.

Postage is non-refundable.
